Amy Kratzer founded Girl Set Free along side her husband Jeremy after a personal life changing trip to Africa. She came to the issue of human trafficking in her early twenties while studying in Brazil. After sixteen years of world travel and humanitarian work, she found herself in Mozambique Africa and that is where she felt called to leave her medical career and start an organization that empowered vulnerable women and rescued at-risk children. She serves as the CEO and visionary behind the brand. Jeremy's a Senior Systems Analyst during the day and also serves as the CFO for Girl Set Free. They are most passionate about fair trade business practices and advocacy. They have two daughters and live in Hartville Ohio.
